Google's new corporate training became a big news - titled as Mindfulness.
Mindfulness has been featured in business since the current strategic and problem-solving mindsets are not effectively supporting the challenges in decision making and leadership in today's complicated business environment, and also a breakthrough is necessary where new innovations need to occur.
Mindfulness is developed in United States based on ideas from Buddhism and Zen. It is the activity through the meditation like Zen seated meditation, to free him/herself from any prejudice or imprinted values and to see things from clear view.
In Japan, meditation has been historically practiced in daily life from religious aspect. Daily prayer to Buddhist altar at home everyday, go visit shrines and temples for prayers… these Japanese traditional behavior and custom would be applicable to the today's business world.
This seminar aims to offer the meditation experience which is often said to be difficult to practice, and the sensation experience to quiet your mind and detach from the daily noises.
